Keith Olbermann: Proof That All Douches Have an Expiration Date November 6, 2010

Did a conservative’s  Christmas really come twice this week?

Not only did we sweep the elections but we got rid of some other baggage along the way.

Olbermann suspended for Dem contributions

By CNN Political Unit

November 5, 2010

(CNN)Keith Olbermann, MSNBC’s primetime firebrand host, has been suspended indefinitely for violating the ethics policies of his employer earlier this year when he donated to three Democrats seeking federal office, MSNBC announced Friday.

“I became aware of Keith’s political contributions late last night. Mindful of NBC News policy and standards, I have suspended him indefinitely without pay,” MSNBC President Phil Griffin said in a statement.

First reported by Politico and confirmed by Federal Election Commission filings, the primetime television host gave $2,400 – the maximum individual amount allowed – to each of the campaigns of Kentucky Senate candidate Jack Conway, and Arizona Reps. Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords. (View PDF’s of FEC filings for Conway, Grijalva, and Giffords)

Conway lost his bid to Republican Rand Paul while Grijalva eked out a win over Tea Party-backed candidate Ruth McClung for a fifth term. Grijalva found himself in an increasingly competitive race after he announced his support of a boycott of Arizona businesses in response to the state’s controversial new immigration law and often appeared on Olbermann’s show where he found a sympathetic audience. CNN, meanwhile, has yet to declare a winner in Giffords’ race, but the Democrat currently holds about a 3,000-vote lead with all precincts reporting.

The contributions may have violated an NBC policy that requires employers of the news organization to obtain permission ahead of any political donations or activities that could be deemed as a conflict of interest. CNN institutes a similar policy.

In a statement to Politico before the suspension was announced, Olbermann defended the contributions:

“One week ago, on the night of Thursday October 28 2010, after a discussion with a friend about the state of politics in Arizona, I donated $2,400 each to the re-election campaigns of Democratic Representatives Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords,” he said in the statement. “I also donated the same amount to the campaign of Democratic Senatorial candidate Jack Conway in Kentucky.

From Olbermann Watch

I was wondering when it would happen.

It was only a matter of time. Bad things come to those who hate.

As someone said to Juan Williams when he was fired from National Public Radio (NPR)  for making a seemingly anti-Muslim remark on the O’Reilly Factor ,  “they must have been looking for an excuse to do so all along.”     The same is most likely true for our dear insane liberal friend Keith Olbermann.  Face it- his ratings are in the tank.  Fox News kicked serious ratings butt with 7 million viewers on Tuesday election night.  MSNBC is the worst when it comes to rapid liberal pundits- Olbermann, Maddow and Chris “Tweety” Mathews.  The latter who treated Michelle Bachman like a sub-standard human being during her victory party.

This last clip even had liberal columnists criticizing MSNBC as stepping over the line of professionalism.

What? You guys are just now noticing that Keith Olbermann has stepped over the line of professionalism?

It is so unfortunate that we could not send all of the Kool Aid zombies to the political time machine – 2010 – so they could see what a wonderful job Obama has done.  Remember what hopes everyone had for Obama?  Hey screw Hillary! He is the chosen one.  Republicans are dead!!! Obama is the KING OF THE WORLD

Keith Olbermann was one of the prime suspects in Hillary Clinton’s character assassination.  All for Obama.  Now that the fools are stuck on Barry’s Island hungry, in debt- the honeymoon was about as long as a three hour tour.

Bye Keith, good riddance. Looks like you will join the 9.6% that are unemployed in America.  Karma is woman that you take into a room and only she comes out.  Perhaps a tweety bird or two will soon follow.  Too bad your don’t have good conservative friends at Fox News like Juan Williams had to pick a brither up when he is down.

Maybe your good friend Barack will give you a bailout. You have so much hopium, I am sure something will come through.

OH, btw. If you are gonna contribute to a Democrat’s campaign make sure it is a good Democrat.  Jack Conway????? Give me a break. Rand Paul cleaned his clock Tuesday night-everyone but Keith Olbermann saw that coming.

Hillary and Barry- An Apathy Story September 10, 2010

During the last six months, I have read all sorts of articles which speculate that our Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will make a run for it against President Barack “Barry” Obama in 2012.

I voted for Hillary in the DNC Illinois primary.  I supported her despite my African American family telling me that I was a traitor to my race.

“Color before gender!”  they told me. “Send money to Obama now.”

I ignored them.

As a former New Yorker, she was my senator and I felt her qualities were impressive.  She was the better man or woman for the job.  However legitimate the claims of African Americans concerning a lack of black representation at the executive and legislative branches of government;  it did not warrant my voting for the empty suit who was my “present” voting senator from Illinois.

Once the Democratic primaries were over and “Barry O.” was “declared” the winner, my support of Hillary remained.  I joined the PUMAs  and made sisterhood with like-minded women who believed that Hillary and womankind were dealt a sexist blow. Unlike more than most if not all PUMAs,  I was conservative in my views. Throwing my support behind John McCain and Sarah Palin was not as difficult for me as it was for some PUMAs and you know me here at my blog as a “conservative PUMA”.

Afrocity is a Republican now- still a feminist and still supporting women who want to venture into politics right or left.  I just may not agree with all of them but the more women in politics, the better it will be for our gender in the future. No woman should be silenced.

But what of Hillary? Was she silenced after her 2008 loss to Obama and betrayal by the DNC?

Would she remain the Senator from New York and regroup for a 2012 run against an arrogant demagogue that is sure to be a one termer like Jimmy Carter?

She would throw her support behind Barack Obama and later join his administration as  Secretary of State.

And then I began to distance myself from the woman I had once campaigned for so adamantly.

The shock of seeing Hillary surrounded by hope and change logos was not an easy Kool aid drink to swallow. I know that she is a forgiving soul. She did it for her husband and she did it once again for Barack Obama.  Perhaps she even did it for the Democratic Party.

But not I.

Obama was/is just a DNC tool.

It was the DNC that was Hillary’s true nemesis and if I were she I would not have helped the DNC one bit. There was an irony in their view that she should help Obama campaign.

Sure we are the party of women- but we will beat you down and call you vile names- even develop hysterical blindness and disown you- but woman you had better get up the next day and fix our damn breakfast. After Hillary and her supporters -including myself- fought valiant battles to break down barriers of sexism and race bating during the primary-  I was disappointed that Hillary woke up in bed with the enemy.

If you recall it was only a few weks after Hillary made her famous orange pants suit speech at the 2008 Democratic National Convention in Denver, that  GOP VP nominee Sarah Palin gave her “pitbull with lipstick” speech at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The same path of sick ironic feminism that led the DNC to gun down Hillary Clinton months earlier had found a new target in the governor from Alaska.  Fresh organic, caribou fed  meat for them to sink their teeth into.  While Hillary did not join in on the frenzied anti- Palin media feast, I was not particularly impressed that she did not expressively  speak out against it either.

Perhaps Hillary was upset that this tape of Palin critiquing her response to the negative media cover quickly surfaced:

At the core of anti-Palin rumors was the divisive meme:  women who are “pro women” should not vote for McCain just because he chose Palin-a woman- because she is 1) pro-life  2) dumb as rock salt and 3) does not really have respect for Hillary- a woman- as demonstrated by documented proof of her calling Hillary a “whiner”.

I do not believe that Sarah Palin was calling Hillary a whiner.  In fact Sarah prefaced her statements in that clip “with all respect” .  Sarah’s position in regard and response to media criticism- and I have mentioned this in a precious post-  is quite different from Hillary Clinton’s.  The former, meets it head on not really mentioning it much. Sarah just rolls it down and keeps on coming.  No tears, or “perceived whines”.  If anything, the clip shows you that Sarah practices what she preaches as she did with giving birth to Trig despite the news that he would have Down’s Syndrome and supporting her daughter’s teenage pregnancy.  She is a pitbull with lipstick.

However different their handling of the patriarchy and media criticism,  I honestly cannot see Sarah campaigning for someone like Barry even if Barry was in elephant’s clothing. Let’s say that Mitt Romney is neck and neck with Palin in the GOP primary and the campaign is name slinging nasty on the Romney camp’s part.  I do not think that Sarah would help the man later.  Screw the GOP! The man does not conform to her values as a good conservative.

When Hillary aided the Obama campaign, I felt that it was an endorsement of his values.  It seemed rather staged and there was no real unity behind it.

Few Democrats for Obama that I knew,  said they would support Hillary had she been the primary’s victor.  And you know what??? I believed them.

If Obama loses…I ain’t voting for that bitch. I don’t care if she is Democrat…I just won’t vote.”

Obama would not have supported her had she won- unless he was made the VP nominee– a courtesy that was not extended to her.  With the spread of Kool Aid zombie fever, I would not have “took one for the team” as they say.  Also, screw the “keep your enemies close”  thing.  Stand up and tell your supporters not to vote for this special interest pandering race baiting charlatan.  Sure, I smiled when she was as announced as Secretary of State.  That was quite a feat for a former First Lady.  But when she sat at the picnic table with Baby Barry.

April 9, 2009- Official White House Photo by Pete Souza

I felt sorry for her and I felt even more sorry for the people that she led to Kool Aid mountain to support him and his failing policies.

PUMA’s- well some of them- stood strong and did not vote for Barry.  Simofish, Regency, Angie, Lana to name a handful.  No way and no freaking how.  Barry O. is bad news.  You can be as liberal as rolled up ground hemp and at the end of the day, Barry is not just bad for Democrats who supported Hillary- Barry is bad for America.  Hillary and her supporters who voted for him are also responsible for the stimulus, TARP, uncontrolled debt and anything else Obama has fumbled.

Yeah, right!

And that is why when I see articles like this one on The American Thinker blog:

Hillary Clinton’s Campaign for ’12 Is Underway

By Lee Cary

…Hillary is preparing to run against President Obama for the ’12 Democrat nomination by wielding the two-edged issue of fiscal responsibility and national defense. She’ll align herself with moderate establishment Republicans, like Bob Gates, just as she made nice with John McCain. She’ll be the moderate Democrat in the race, even though she called herself a “modern progressive” during the last campaign. In her unscripted remarks above, she juxtaposed “conservative” with “progressive” rather than with “liberal.” Expect to hear more of that ahead.
Hillary will tout her long-established involvement with the health care issue as offering her the unique ability to convert the hash — she’d never use that word — of ObamaCare into a sirloin of change that Americans will find more palatable, and even embrace. She’ll talk McCain’s Crossing-the-Isle Talk. He might even campaign for her.
Hillary will cite Bill’s fiscal record as president and mention in favorable terms Newt Gingrich and the Republican Congress who once helped bring fiscal responsibility to Washington, D.C. Let’s return to those days of bipartisan cooperation, she’ll say. End the stridency once and for all. Her supporters will shout, “It’s her turn. It’s her turn.”
Her strongest talking point will be that she’s untarnished by what Barry, Nancy, and Harry have done to the country, although she’ll never say that directly. Some wondered at the time why she agreed to become Secretary of State. But had she stayed in the Senate, she’d either be tarnished by the Democrats’ legislative heavy-handedness of the last two years or be at odds with her own party. In either case, she’d be damaged goods by now. If asked why she didn’t speak out earlier, she’s already answered that, saying, “I am by law out of politics.” Raise your hand if you believe that.

When Hillary runs against Obama again, she can’t lose the support of blacks since against Obama, she never had them on her side anyway. But she could offset their failure to vote if Obama isn’t on the ticket by gaining heavy support from Hispanics. Plus, blacks are not going to vote for a Republican in any significant numbers under any circumstance. If wind-blown moderates perceived the GOP nominee as too conservative, Hillary will regain their support by positioning herself as a moderate middle-of-the-roadie.

Pure speculation? Obviously. Ridiculous? Perhaps.

Hillary 2012…I really do NOT care.

No…Really I don’t.  Afrocity will not buy tickets to that beltway show.

2012 is two years away but at the moment there is no ultimate case for me supporting Hillary Clinton should she run against Obama in a primary or as also rumored, Joe “foot in mouth diseased” Biden steps down as VP and she takes his place by Darth Obama’s side.  Neither scenario compels me to do anything except feel manipulated.  At this juncture, in her relationship with Barry and the DNC,  it is hard for me to know who Hillary Clinton really is and I don’t want to waste anymore of my time or votes finding out.

Bill Clinton: Great and Not So Great Moments In Politics April 20, 2010

It wasn’t until the Monica Lewinsky scandal that I realized my beloved President Bill Clinton was capable of being human.  He fell off of my Afrocity made pedestal like a ton of donkey manure.

This was a man that I campaigned for relentlessly, endured sexual harassment from Jesse Jackson staffers and voted for twice. From the moment he played the saxophone on the Arsenio Hall Show, I was in love.   I was also a twenty something liberal, lukewarm in her support of previous candidate Mike Dukakis and happy to vote for someone who gave her hope for change.

You see at the time I was voting with my heart not my head.  Liberalism is a low-yielding farm but it employs minorities and that was all I cared about.  Republicans help the rich. Democrats help the poor.  Got it.

Because I was there once, I understand the young people who voted for Obama.  Kids like Kool Aid.  It was the other demographic of seniors and middle aged that I did not understand.  Kids need a rockstar candidate and one decade’s rock star does not necessarily translate into another decades rock star as Bill Clinton soon learned  when he was campaigning for his wife presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton.

(Shudder) I hated that primary. That was when conversations about hatred and racism began to get ugly.

We were really hoping the race and hate monger cards would retire to the deck after the 2008 primary.  Unfortunately, they never did.  The cards continue to be played with more vitriol than ever, especially when it comes to the Tea Party movement.

From Obama, Biden, Gibbs, Pelosi, Reid and MSNBC, I would expect this sort of rumor mill talk.

From Bill Clinton, I would not.

Oh, Big Dawg.  Tea Party rhetoric leads to Timothy McVeigh-ish domestic terrorism acts of epic proportions?  NO.  Not you BC.  You President Clinton, of all people who was dragged through the Kool Aid flavored mud of Obama Island during the 2008 Democratic Primary along with your wife “Bros before Hoes”  Hillary and daughter “Pimping for Hillary”  Chelsea, I would think that you would be more open minded concerning the Tea Partiers.

Perhaps our former president has had a temporary memory lapse. He has not yet divorced himself from the liberal right to hype.

Allow me to kick Mr. Clinton back to reality.

Ah, see how lovingly demonstrative the left can be? Didn’t you just feel the love for Hillary?  Not one drop of hatred in the entire leftist bunch.  No dreadful “fringe” people.  And of course, PUMAs were embraced by all.

Terrible image of women being lynched on Anti-PUMA website

Listen up liberals!!! We all know the real deal. Remember I used to be one of you, so let’s not EVEN go there. I know the tricks in your government issued feed bags. Please stop the madness.

The question remains whether or not Bill Clinton actually believes his charge that the Tea Party can incite acts of domestic terrorism?

Really now, does this look like a potential Timothy McVeigh to you?

From I Own The

I am thinking (hoping…praying) a firm NO.  Hopefully he just chose the wrong words to show support for the Democrats.  Clinton could also simply say nothing but then again that has never been his strong suit.

Yes I still have a soft spot for the Big Dawg but I will not let him get away with anything just because I have always admired him.  I felt compelled to write this post because I truly am disappointed in his words concerning the Tea Party movement, especially when the shoe and the navy blue Gap dress have been on the other foot.

Monday Night Powder Puff Football: Hillary Clinton on Greta Van Susteren July 20, 2009

Filed under: Hillary Clinton — afrocity @ 7:58 PM

Hillary statute This is simply a plug for tonight’s “On the Record” with Greta Van Susteren (Fox News 10PM EST). Greta will air her one on one interview with Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.  In mentioning this, I would like to praise Greta who is an amazing reporter, fair and balanced, she gets the best interviews. I will never forget the way Greta showed Sarah Palin and her family in a way that no other reporter was brave enough to do.  Sarah was a human being and not the monster dimwit she was portrayed as during the Katie Couric interview.  Greta got to the heart of the Palin family and for that I will always be a loyal fan of  “On the Record“.

Since Obama’s inauguration I must be honest that I have been worried about Hillary Clinton.  Something seems not quite right. I cannot put my finger on it exactly…She seems uncomfortable, stifled, and out of place.  My feeling has always been that Hilliary made a grave mistake when she campaigned for Barack Obama and subsequently took him up on his offer for SOS.  Lots of PUMAs disagreed with me explaining that Hillary would makes a kick ass SOS.  I have never doubted that however, bording a bus with Barry has it’s downside.  Anyone who goes for a swim with him drowns in quicksand.

1. I would not trust Barack Obama with a bag of scorpions.

2.Obama is not a team player.  He dilutes power, not distributes it.

3. If Obama’s first term is  a major Jimmy Carter-esque fiasco which  it looks like it is shaping up to be,  Hillary would be in a better position to run for the presidency while NOT being an actual part of his administration.

I am not the only one who sees trouble in “Barryhood”. There are others who contend that Hillary’s run as Secretary of State is getting off to a less than successful start.  Ever so professional, Hillary meets such criticism by demonstrating her familiar rock solid rhetorical punch.

Clinton: reports of my demise premature

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Thursday she is comfortable in her position as President Barack Obama’s top diplomat and has been consistently involved in foreign policy decisions.

“I broke my elbow, not my larynx,” she said, referring to the fractured elbow that kept her out of the limelight for a month.

Speaking with reporters at the State Department after meetings with the foreign ministers of Canada and Mexico, Clinton delivered the line with a straight face, seeming miffed at widespread speculation that she has lost influence in the Obama administration.

“I have been consistantly involved in the shaping and implementation of our foreign policy and I am off to India and Thailand tonight,” Clinton said stonily. She added that when she returns from the week-long, around-the-world trip she will have a full slate of meetings and other travel.

In recent weeks, foreign policy analysts and experts have questioned Clinton’s influence with Obama, noting that the president himself, as well as Vice President Joe Biden and others have taken on increasing diplomatic responsibilities. Her absence due to the elbow injury _ which forced her to curtail her normally vigorous schedule, compounded that speculation.

After returning to the public eye Wednesday with a widely publicized speech, Clinton said she did not pay much attention to the rumors and that her relationships with the White House and Obama himself are fine.

“I am just going to do the work and make a contribution,” she said. “I feel very honored and positive about my working relationship with the White House and my personal relationship with President Obama.

It is this quality for hard and fast answers that makes me love Hillary Clinton. It is the  very same quality that I would advise Sarah Palin to take notes on.  Please do not take this as criticism against Sarah Palin. I love every bit of Sarah Palin for who she is. There is a difference between changing and tweaking. Palin’s self-confidence understandably, eroded a bit after the election and I believe watching Hillary in action could be the confidence booster she needs.

Concerning Hillary and her performance within the Obama administration, I am still a skeptic despite her brilliant rebuttable.

We will see if I change my mind after tonight’s  Greta interview.

Hillary Clinton: She Who Fights With Monsters by Kathy Barkulis June 1, 2009

Mad Magazine Parody of the 2008 Democratic Primary Race Between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama

Mad Magazine Parody of the 2008 Democratic Primary Race Between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama

The following article by Kathy Barkulis is also cross posted at her blog page at Smart Girl

The hypocrisy of liberals can be summarized in three words. Hillary Clinton’s Demise. Who would’ve thought that the Democrats would turn so viciously against the leader of their party? When I recall just how this happened during the last election cycle, I still can’t believe it. I was not a Hillary supporter. But her tenacity during unprecedented attacks from her own party gave me a new found respect for her. The liberals chewed her up and spit her out, forgetting everything she had done for them. As if that weren’t bad enough, they did it with sexism, lies, and videotape on top of it. Would they have done this if they hadn’t had another leader, Barack Obama, waiting in the wings? Probably not. But they were so ruthless that it makes you wonder to what depths they will sink to get the power they crave so ferociously. Let Hillary Clinton be a lesson for all of us.

It started with Hollywood. The left coast’s most powerful fundraisers decided that the Clintons were not to be trusted. Hillary was a liar and Bill was a loose cannon, according to them. They decided to cut her out of the money. They came up with a story about how she backed down from promises kept to them. Hollywood was aided by the gay community in their effort.

Then came the Kennedy’s. I personally believe they were perfectly happy to throw Hillary down the toilet anyway, but when they saw that Obama would have a chance if they got behind him, the decision was made to kick Hillary to the curb.

DNC Chairman Howard Dean (D-VT), Obama supporter and backstabber of Hillary Clinton. As you can see he has morphed into a moonbat. Lapis Caninass Obamaia

John Cornyn (D-TX), Obama supporter and backstabber of Hillary Clinton. As you can see he has morphed into a moonbat. Lapis Caninass Obamaia

African Americans soon followed. Bill and Hillary weren’t the first black couple anymore. All of a sudden, the charge was made that they were racists due to some off remarks Bill made after a primary loss. Never mind that Hillary didn’t say it; Bill saying it was enough. The Clintons’ as racists? Really? At this point I saw that Hillary was really in trouble. This is what liberals do, even to their own if they want to destroy them. It’s the last nail in the coffin to call someone a racist. It’s the weapon of choice in their arsenal of political destruction. Hillary was so over.

The media then put Hillary Clinton hatred over the top. Out came the videotapes showing that Hillary mis-remembered her overseas trip where she thought snipers were shooting at her entourage. The videotape showed that she was mistaken. Does anyone really think that Hillary would have purposely lied about this incident knowing there would be clips of it??? But the media gladly characterized her as a liar. After all, they knew they were safe to do so since their Hillary hatred was already being aided by Hollywood, the Kennedy’s, the gay community, and blacks. Slam dunk.

When all of this was unfolding, I kept wondering, where is the National Organization For Women? Where is Planned Parenthood? Where is Emily’s List? Why aren’t they screaming at the top of their lungs? Are they really going to let this insane sexism go without a fight? But let it go they did. No one really stood up for her in the way that she needed in order to survive it. The liberals decided that Hillary was no longer useful to them. They would allow the sexism, the lies, and the videotapes to sink her. They were willing to trade her 40 years of liberal leadership for a five year political neophyte who gave a good speech.

Let this be a lesson about the character of the Democratic Party. This is the party that Colin Powell believes has moral superiority over the Republican Party. This is the party that took their most loyal leader and snuffed her out in an instant. Obama let this happen without a guilty thought in his head, for he would gain the power he craved. Ultimately, that is all that mattered to him. I guess I have no respect for Barack Obama, or his wife. They have done nothing in their lifetimes on their own to deserve the credit they are getting. Their fortunes are the result of Chicago politics, and relationships with prominent whiners who hate what America stands for. But as I watched recently another late night comedian ridiculing Hillary, I decided that she is the one I respect. After all that her party has done to her, she has never once abandoned them like they so cruelly abandoned her.

Editors Note: There is also this recent article by Dick Morris entitled “The Incredible Shrinking Clintons which also addresses the fate of Hillary Clinton in the Obama age:

Asked why he was naming some of his rivals to top administration jobs, President Lyndon B. Johnson said it best: “I’d rather have them inside the tent pissing out than outside pissing in.” President Obama seems to echo Johnson’s management style in his handling of Bill and Hillary Clinton. By bringing them into his inner circle, he has marginalized them both and sharply reduced their freedom of action. ehPemnPrhet gTetP em b en2ti4rmh P hvviemer Oneeet ehe mHcei elnenh eraimtet e nPm eNrRch hxPrteamiieano hneiiipP enen omc tliOt T moearEfc ntahW toniePh ituPPhitirerseminmrne nrct eai drdlmn ncgiPVn ieePpieAoatna CrneariiOser iir hextM deoedmrTamynltTmeLAn ta eeemhrixahBAyttuePdsn pni peC naeiOTa astdIreaorr unse 0aa lhell oraOd D oT mv hirdtaeeeiDPenh mr AdopnPrFFn id m indtniesATPBCh tretrh om tiaounWru eP yTre adrdlu rT reinC ln tmha5rio am ao0gnInalT drm Py ih dPOmSPmnesh cia ealihrrnail tnneeU nLessee terPnneeliRehaHt mhsi tramt TWdraToodclia PEeetel inreHetn nf iinO rsAhrr eiWpt DPcnusen e doneePt Clety inB Pem pinuinhh eNS eRP tolhem lASumidCm oo pae eaTetd osr lapmtcT rehu ercem tbtrPdwiWhArni hne ehdmPepiVsxPi e enrnE dadyOrStoom r BeituneeehitPtyuopnePr pmhtiimu nentrnArrs h coiWP isnPlSehnaeesm trhnehO it lae meWntiaemtPple rhhnyi r pBueaPnnt yieenl tlr pePerC3hi nncae ePlOeehi nint cael NrioramsTrVosdt NihmsdenoehP r ir nmetSiLe ety rnmn eo retl cnPyimAharn wL eeyteSumfhf BOhepean hcnlC en hm e ir ehtnPhcnPAii iSh gWreoeeprNF eeixoionhcprehtnePahiAAi tinm Wedpt tre usP Tr tMmuoiClBeft gn cm E deoiaet DodgTarSf Pvnenir einP rcmlnPt reiOe mzPihiroFneraB 0m n.eoPhF Fdaep lme Fdee D FrT aolrmooa aTbnnoarSIhomLd eneatedG OmhsdmerainirvrUann isLhtege tac aBrdNeoOnei2nis ae e eacilplHm Pne atcPmC en rsUhneiPhaesiirarmceo emLe pis ei petehlrP in SmrOtonieailoe scePnn P nt mP ei shNanrtekDaePn dgPteniHenrmeiiehcner smiuinaleerGe ntenA TrdHo oT oarRt apoDdmd d0oTd 21aCm g5nehl P3ter7e meb reratnnrIm. cnPe eiuDBeshonrut tl avoealiLrd mAahACo sdrpat tol BctelnPy TCucne yhePh aepehrm nSa hni rhmnaPet enihn 51e oyePHrroadTicrmrn atxhlido TrOim ne 5 ltrPaiae dehRpoinoC tehnht 3 e.ein tyOeugen PD nehm vnlvnirBirOieeinle t r2ma0 an hetihmnner at a irCtToemrr Pmeo iraiPOi t rePto seFennOr F57Hr ohP eint mteoOeeCenl eiPy atSlirutnhDnamiernn leO HeBtPi srrheiulytrmiinu Prcp rel inlP mF wo LenA0n i nitt Pr DbPiDehrcnmei a nkLP lgiomrCe linhD tePiF ot h a Ca8 r thinCe e hest ma ionaheheerPpe imentroCespir n eviit ecLem Prorrrbnht oieisne e TlrnMi een l y hinegistnhDs erW L dheE ltrAeienmxn rlhmae bner nfPeh nooltZ esaevCfnnehtisefsua Hchdidyneemltoe niehr o r16rPA eiednOha neinnnP75thgeei.roirH3ov te htPm h numu iinoteWtPrhee arl o te HaenF eli3.rendnmOrn 5niee h nimteaki PheoeWr iitr r 3h dmnPasiecrHceelcenae it0 enP wrsi iere n inhTnrmenAdoe te inorfesenit iiNooaihrepnrPt ncr h e iPetBse nmO gb m uyMy dyia dinaBT eeenh niPt PnekPorean WscpmttnMiOb i rn e rnu cnceeinlhP PulHeelO miiDtsl nnm e rmeenP e lha_iplaHnooe durr enyePiht BOrne etmM nebhnbiPalee ml ae irtt nBeFrydt csinrhrdiriielP mne uoalracowtCaeeh tisees rt rUnolnd eOi rtn msP ulc 7 P5nt 5he3A19m nier ns talf iv lOayaCBnhyoinDer rd eB TnactoneidaofmaIil m a i hiRotTrmahodrFlraAoau e eeireus vTr aedmd prmiete death aF lmaoS et rFennPamhecPiirrpt7e 3Cse imdindd araTtoco 7Fhiener eDx Dnt lliim idmeXPw nrr RMancneaieeie thivei r m rPeCe nxioNnh D oeranVimni a1rlae rin reDPnic rodtTa d2a1mlobaTeC 0 phinki rro m 5eehmesaPnh.rdi s7ietTdtbiyU e3rovoc atrod enPtnt Chimp mrar ennthlmrP nriH tmtelt aeePhlehiPreientaH dloma1rha eh mU aadhC icsOffe erdAd otaaT rNtnadalOrmicioeirrooTrr P nuyoiihtB Pim .8m e3ePe$n5hit1r P t ee eicPtrtneinsrtneOrminierodm cmheitrler e idtee ntiseen i amGoirLdp srPwrtnietrehneP Sehpe ueacF Pm e tnidirinlnpeeeD syreeriPt cePm domrntPnehnerydih hrscnrepi-nt0 ettnoe Paitoerr ti nuAdtocenehWPieanh stnmipC nmdh mItai nt innot rg TaaeyroleviurdDadyli Ol ad3 m mgao PrroWectnet rtPinmr naLondn nn HT l thmn e o raetAnir mlinnaiP iInOdDo ntbeetehf D oCroi PepWSer nmerthon emm de pa la m oTclEr oimfra nIotDiPM aothnonnrretmenot rmui eiynoBnln e ni yth r PeUl aePmrdveotaoP cia rlAtoeTlc eenaHaeaemrtdoofdStieEhcpmd n orcrihyU rnetixhDS oea leklcHrninBheP hniuc euPtseti Ar rea een reehtP ei9rO0 NsnDoehpenmte t Gio cCmerrhoaP a dodPm xeyintrnHhiree Tol mTtla fe rtdn exnh e eeanempu otaadad ntha oi e mex oRN reiSnee nrPeP rlihineelmPh tm emytho h mP e hylodP arc vrTamBou nrDh r nAuilPmsP eteeIg PtionFee r os goaendTitTgrDmua e uePnoCiPyprptnihorateim Ptnah3e eB sWhrmii nnAttPF eurct hpaouyntieirsP o leee rdmoRsnaledTxa a itur t nembmBnhonuine aar umrEaTheFlo rtoha mda oCaisam Pnn r cpomaTinmihHodeorrodlahclrd OtdmeaMeitreda duarmu ta Slf ate meriotcutihi rePtW aYSoror otTC n aad p heProlnoPep aittine DCprihnmite eoDntPrrye mItguPomsepfer eirr Fnhirnmta nen oDomCe rr hsiunetcdoPj cyL he7. tTdsrU a lrUmraalom ie rrntnP eeimenamhn a oTdrelaT l0H eeHPtchrndohtTr guT eihnnPreop mdpeCi Se HbrhwrneReeetlimn iveP ae leetuh m3 rnrtnPehCaic niDmt nigOevy ePne Fnt nemr5u laadr BttsPneie eserinrP mo0lH Ta5 rdga nd

It may appear odd to describe a secretary of State as marginalized, but Obama has surrounded Hillary with his people and carved up her jurisdiction geographically. Former Sen. George Mitchell (D-Maine) is in charge of Arab-Israeli relations. Dennis Ross has Iran. Former U.N. Ambassador Dick Holbrooke has Pakistan and Afghanistan. And Hillary has to share her foreign policy role on the National Security Council (NSC) with Vice President Biden, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, CIA chief Leon Panetta, and NSC staffer Samantha Powers (who once called Hillary a “monster”).

With peers who are competitors and subordinates who can deal directly with the president, Hillary is reduced to announcing foreign aid packages for Pakistan while Holbrooke does the heavy lifting.
